• We provide two meals per day
• Drinks and snacks must be supplied by you
• Personal travel insurance is compulsary
• Ensure that travel documents and visas are valid and on-hand
• A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking
  
• Balance of the tour price must be paid before the tour departure date
• Wear comfortable walking shoes
• Cancellations can be done in writing considering the following cancellation fees:

• 4 Weeks – 20%

• 2 weeks – 30%

• 1 Week   – 80%

• Less        – 90%
